Gaming regulatory bodies demand that manufacturers MUST hand over source code - which is oftentimes independently tested as well - before a slot machine is ever allowed to set foot in a casino. Why can't the same be true with voting machines? Based upon literally millions and millions of plays, you almost never see a machine malfunction. That's because a false jackpot could cost the casino a lot of money and potentially lose customers for that brand of device. Maybe I.G.T and Bally should get into the voting machine biz?
